Black and Gold 2

Watercolor on tinted Strathmore pastel paper. It's not intended for this media, but it's all i had. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. there was very little warping and rippling, however, in the spots where there were, the effect was pleasing. This is the last piece i made in 2009. My mom kept saying that wearing gold on new years eve was good luck, so this is my interpretation of absorbing good luck for 2010. Happy new year (even though it's a little late.
